Why four? 3 not enough and 5 would be getting silly.
and I warped the cowl pretty bad too, not surprising since its paper thin. This afternoon I’m going to pay a lip service visit to a car I already said no to. Wait till you see what dash thinks is hopeless. Always look under the “great deal” before purchasing.

That area you’re looking at there is one of the biggest question marks on old cars that many don’t even think about, I believe.

Cowl rot is pretty common and can be hard to spot, not here because it had holes in the top. Rotted out A-pillars are another red flag, If the top half is rotten, what else is hiding in there.

Yep. Those chrome trim bits were seemingly designed to retain water, with predictable results.
